乳腺癌前哨淋巴结与腋窝淋巴结清扫术的相关性研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨早期乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检(sentinel lymph node biopsy,SLNB)对患者腋窝淋巴结转移状况预测的相关性。方法:对2012年1月至2014年12月在我院接受右乳癌改良根治术的66例早期乳腺癌患者,采取亚甲蓝作为示踪剂,定位腋窝前哨淋巴结并对其进行活检,同时行腋窝淋巴结清扫(anxillary lymph node dissection,ALND)。术后病石腊切片检查前哨淋巴结及腋窝淋巴结,观察前哨淋巴结活组织检查对乳腺癌的预测情况。结果:66例乳腺癌患者共发现64例前哨淋巴结,检出率为97.0%,共检出前哨淋巴结141枚,平均2.14枚,腋窝淋巴结798枚,平均12.1枚,准确率为97.0%(62/64)。结论:SLNB能准确地预测早期乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结的转移状况,是一种简便、安全的检测技术,可以预测早期乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结的状态。
