摘要
为了更有效地监测和指导脓毒症尤其是严重脓毒症和感染性休克的救治,近年来各国医学界做了多项研究,认为血乳酸清除率是一个适宜的指标。该文就其在脓毒症中的应用研究进展作一概述。
In order to investigate and guide the treatment of severe sepsis and sepsis shock effectively , a lot of researches have been done worldwide recently .Blood lactate clearance rate is considered to be an appropriate indi-cator.This paper briefly introduces the research progress of the application of lactate clearance rate in sepsis .
