摘要
目的探讨原发性膀胱印戒细胞癌的临床特点及诊疗方法。方法分析2例原发性膀胱印戒细胞癌患者的临床资料并文献复习。结果 2例患者分别于确诊后1、4个月死亡。结论原发性膀胱印戒细胞癌是一类恶性程度很高且组织类型少见的膀胱肿瘤,临床表现多样,易误诊,治疗上以手术为主,辅以放疗,总体预后不良。
Objective To study the clinical characters and treatment modalities of signet ring cell carcinoma. Methods Two cases we managed and literatures were reviewed. Results Pa tients died 4 months and 1 months after diagnosis,respectively. Conclusions Signet ring cell carci noma of bladder is a very rare and malignant tumor with wide variety of clinical manifestations, rapid progession and poor prognosis. Surgical management and radiotherapy are the principle therapy. Further investigation is needed to study the etiology and therapy of this disease.
