铝合金受弯构件局部稳定性能的有限元分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究铝合金受弯构件局部稳定性的结构受力性能.方法利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了9个试件模型,其中5根为无跨中加劲肋,4根为含跨中加劲肋,对试件进行局部稳定受力特性分析,并将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比.在建模中提出了针对铝合金挤压型材的"相同模板平均缺陷"的缺陷值简化代入方法.结果经过对比,有限元计算的极限承载力与试验得到的极限承载力比值的平均值为0.99,标准差为0.06.结论笔者建立的有限元模型可以准确地分析铝合金受弯构件的局部稳定性能,该模型也为进一步进行更多类型的铝合金受弯构件局部稳定性能的参数化分析提供借鉴.同时该有限元模型也验证了"相同模板平均缺陷"这一方法的准确性. The paper studied mechanical properties of the local stability of in aluminum alloy ben- ding members. Using FE software ANSYS ,9 specimen models (5 specimen models without stiffen- er and 4 models with stiffeners in the midspan) were built to analyze local buckling of specimens. To simplify substitution of imperfections in models, a method of "same framework with average imperfections" for aluminum alloy structures was proposed. Analyzed results were compared with experimental results. It is found that for ultimate bearing capacity, the average ratio of finite ele-ment analysis results to corresponding test results is 0. 99, and the standard deviation is 0. 06. Con- clusion is that the proposed FE models can accurately analyze local buckling behavior of aluminum alloy members. Meanwhile, it verifies that the proposed method of "same framework with average imperfections" is reliable. The suggested models provide some references for further finite element parametric analysis on more types of the aluminum alloy flexible member.
