摘要
较详细的介绍了我国不锈钢及相应镍资源利用的发展,认为红土矿的利用应主要以适应钢铁工业的需要为依据。利用高炉、矿热炉冶炼处理红土矿生产的高Ni生铁和含Ni生铁用于不锈钢冶炼可减少废钢的使用,从而提高不锈钢产品质量并降低生产成本,是理想原料。不仅可回收其中的Ni、Co,也可回收其中的Fe,有利于资源的综合利用,也有利于保护环境。目前采用的RKEF工艺尚需进一步改进。建议制订有关产品标准,开展适当的研究工作,完善现有的设备、工艺。
The paper introduces the development of stainless steel industry and the utilization of laterite nickel ore these years in China. It points that the utilization of laterite nichel ore should accommodate the needs of steel industry. It can reduce the use of waste steel instead of using nickel-bearing pig iron produced in blast furnace or submerged arc furnace. Meanwhile, it can enhance the stainless steel quality and drop production cost. This is the ideal smelting material.This can not only recycle Ni, Co and Fe in it, but also this is beneficial to the comprehensive utilization of resources and the environmental protection. RKEF present is still need to improve. It needs to set relevant product standard, carry out some research work to perfect the present devices and technology.
