对医院海量数据进行整理、分析,提取其中有价值的信息,可提高医院数字化管理的质量。解放军第163医院通过应用仿生学技术和随访数据库建立医院管理及反馈体系,以满足医院可持续发展的需求,提高了医院管理水平和工作效率,提升了医护人员服务质量和患者满意度,减少了医患纠纷。
By integrating and analyzing mass data in hospital and refining valuable information, the quality of hospital digital management can be improved. By building hospital management and feedback system based on bionics technology and follow up database, the 163th hospital of PLA.
