摘要
工业锅炉主要是以燃烧煤产生热量进行驱动的动力设备,其巨大的能源消耗占据国家能源消耗的1/3,能源消耗巨大,从而造成能源一定程度的浪费。本文对工业锅炉高耗能原因进行剖析,并设计了一套完整的基于节能效果的锅炉自动控制系统方案,设计的锅炉自动控制系统其控制稳定,节能效果俱佳。
Industrial boilers is a power equipment which is mainly driven by burning coal. Its huge energy consumption accounts for a third of the country's energy consumption, and it wastes so much energy. In this paper, the reasons for high energy consumption of industrial boilers are analyzed, and a complete boiler automatic control system is designed. The experimental result shows that the system is stable, and energy -saving effect is superb.
