摘要 为明确柳枝稷对水胁迫和酸碱胁迫的耐受力,论文以盆栽的柳枝稷(Panicum virgatum)Alamo为试验材料,测定在5个土壤含水量水平(8%,16%,20%,24%和32%)和5个pH水平(4.9,6.3,7.0,7.7和9.1)柳枝稷的产量(干鲜重、分蘖和株高)、生理反应(可溶性糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛、叶绿素含量和相对电导率)和品质(纤维素、半纤维素、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤木质素)。结果表明:干旱胁迫和酸碱胁迫对柳枝稷的多项指标影响不显著,柳枝稷对干旱和pH胁迫有一定的耐受力;土壤含水量和pH对柳枝稷的鲜重和脯氨酸含量产生了显著的耦合作用,为柳枝稷在边际土地上的引种种植提供了理论依据;纤维素与干鲜重、酸性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤木质素、中性洗涤纤维含量、株高显著正相关,与可溶性糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛含量和相对电导率显著负相关。 To study the tolerance of switchgrass to water stress and pH stress, the potted switchgrass (Panicum virgatum) Alamo were chosen as experimental material to test the yield (fresh and dry weight, number of tillers and shoot length), physiological response (soluble sugar content, proline, MDA, chloro- phyll content and relative conductivity) and quality (cellulose, hemi-cellulose, acid detergent cellulose, neutral detergent cellulose and acid detergent ligin) of switchgrass with five different soil water contents (8%, 16%, 20%, 24%, and 32%) and five different pH levels (4.9, 6.3, 7.0, 7.7, and 9.1). The resuits showed that the water deficiency and pH stress did not affect most of indexes of switchgrass significantly, ie. switchgrass can tolerant the drought and pH stress to some extent. Soil water content and pH displayed a coupling effect on fresh weight and proline content, providing a theoretical basis for inducing and planting switchgrass on marginal lands. There displayed a significant and positive correlation between cellulose content and fresh weight, dry weight, acid detergent cellulose, acid detergent ligin, neutral detergent cellulose and shoot length, and also a significant and negative correlation between cellulose content and soluble sugar, proline, MDA content and relative conductivity.
