摘要
中医是优质的生态医学,其科学性争论的长期存在有其历史渊源,争论存在具有普遍性。科学定义界限不清、民族自卑感的影响、中西方思维文化差异以及中医被歪曲利用等因素,是中医科学性问题争论存在的原因和内在本质。中医拥有自身的科学性,但其按照西医的科学理念进行自身科学性研究和申辩,致使中医逐渐偏离符合自身特点的发展路线,出现了中医教学、临床、科研的混乱。中医应该看清现实,不必在科学性问题上做过多的纠缠,如何继承、如何大力发展真正的中医才是当前要注重的关键问题。
Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） belongs to high quality ecological medicine. The common controversy on its scientificity has a long history. The indistinction of different definition of ＂scientific＂, the influence of national inferiority complex, cultural differences and the misuse of TCM are the causes and essence of the debate. TCM has its scientificity, but it has deviated from its own specific development root by following the scientific concept and criteria of western medicine, which results in the chaos in teaching, clinical care and research of TCM. Therefore, we pay attention to how to inherit and develop the real TCM rather than wasting time on justifying its scientificity.
