摘要
目的观察甘麦大枣汤对围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法将160例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为2组。对照组80例采用尼尔雌醇片治疗,治疗组80例采用甘麦大枣汤治疗。治疗2个月,比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后改良Kupperman评分和心理状态自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率(91.25%)高于对照组(87.50%,P<0.05);2组治疗后Kupperman评分及SRHMS评分均较本组治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甘麦大枣汤治疗围绝经期综合征疗效确切,无毒副作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Ganmai-Dazao decoction on the treatment of perim-enopausal syndrome.Methods 160 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. 80 patients in control group were treated by nilestriol tablets.80 patients in treatment group were treated by Ganmai-Dazao decoction.2 months after treatment,the clinical effects were compared between two groups as well as the chan-ges of modified Kupperman score and psychological state self-test health rating scale（ SRHMS） score.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（91.25%） was superior to that in control group（87.50%,P〈0.05）.The scores of modified Kupperman and SRHMS after treatment were obviously decreased（P〈0.05）,and the decrease in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Ganmai-Dazao decoction has defi-nite effect on perimenopausal syndrome without toxic side effects.
