摘要
以稠合吡啶和丁炔二酸二酯为原料,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,在-10℃条件下有效合成9aH-喹嗪-1,2,3,4-四羧酸酯衍生物.产物结构通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱和高分辨质谱进行表征,其中化合物10,11-二氢-9 H-环戊[i]喹嗪-1,2,3,4-四羧酸四乙酯(3a)的结构经X射线单晶衍射进一步确认.
A series of 9aH-quinolizine-1,2,3,4-tetracarboxylate derivatives have been synthesized through the reac tion of fused pyridines and but-2-ynedioates in ethyl acetate at --10 ~C. The structures of products were character ized by IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and HRMS, furthermore, the structure of product 3a was confirmed by X-ray dif fraction analysis.
