摘要
目的研究福建省县级综合性公立医院的综合效率、技术效率和规模效率的情况,分析其存在的问题。方法通过文献优选法和聚类分析等方法,选出医院效率评价的投入指标和产出指标进行数据包络分析,使用Deap2.1软件分析29家县级综合性公立医院的相对效率。结果 29家县级综合性公立医院中,有14家规模收益不变,10家规模收益递增,5家规模收益递减。结论福建省县级综合性公立医院总体效率不足(0.893),不同地区县级综合性公立医院的效率有所差异,需要有针对性的对其资源配置进行调整,加强医院内部精细化管理。
Objective：To explore the overall efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of county-level com-prehensive public hospitals in Fujian Province and analyze the existing problems. Method：The authors make data envelop-ment analysis on the selected input and output indexes for hospital efficiency indicators with literature optimization and cluster analysis,and analyze the relative efficiency in 29 county-level comprehensive public hospitals with Deap 2. 1 soft-ware. Result：In the 29 county-level comprehensive public hospitals,scale returns remain the same in 14 of them,increase in 10,and decrease in 5. Conclusion：The overall efficiency of county-level comprehensive public hospitals in Fujian is rel-atively deficient （0. 893）. Since efficiency differences exist in county-level public hospitals of different areas,it is necessa-ry to make targeted adjustment in resource allocation and strengthen the refined management inside hospitals.
