摘要 目的本研究旨在探讨GPRC5A、SOCS3、STAT3在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达与NSCLC临床特征的关系及三者之间的相关性。方法运用免疫组织化学Elivision法检测GPRC5A、SOCS3、STAT3在92例NSCLC中的表达情况,随机抽取40例的癌旁正常组织作为对照,并对三者进行相关性分析。结果在NSCLC中GPRC5A、SOCS3、STAT3的阳性表达率分别为43.4%(40/92)、44.6%(41/92)、76.0%(70/92),而在癌旁组织中三者的阳性率分别是77.5%(31/40)、100%(40/40)、32.5%(13/40),三者与NSCLC的分化、分期、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),GPRC5A与SOCS3在NSCLC中呈正相关(r=0.537,P<0.05)、SOCS3与STAT3呈负相关(r=-0.369,P<0.05)。结论 GPRC5A、SOCS3、STAT3在NSCLC的发生和发展中起重要作用,且三者之间存在显著相关性,为深入研究其调控路径提供了依据,为肺癌的靶向治疗提供了新的思路。 Objective To investigate the expression of GPRC5A, SOCS3 and STAT3 in non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC), in order to analyze their relationship with the clinical pathologic features. Methods The immu- nohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of GPRC5A, SOCS3 and STAT3 in 92 NSCLC pa- tients and 40 normal pericarcinous tissues. The correlation between the expression of these proteins was analyzed. Results The positive rate of GPRC5A, SOCS3 and STAT3 expression were 43.4% (40/92), 44. 6% (41/92) and 76. 0% (70/92) respectively in NSCLC tissues, and 77.5% (31/40), 100% (40/40) and 32.5% (13/40) in normal pericarcinous tissues. The expression level of GPRC5A, SOCS3 and STAT3 was closely related with cell differentiation, clinical stages and lymph node involvement (P 〈0. 05 ). GPRC5A protein expression was positively correlated with the expression of SOCS3 protein ( r = 0. 537, P 〈 0. 05 ). SOCS3 protein expression was negatively correlated with the expression of STAT3 protein ( r = - 0. 369, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of GPRC5A, SOCS3 and STAT3 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of NSCLC, and there is a significant correlation among the three indexes. , which provides new ideas for the targeted therapy of lung cancer.
