摘要
吊斗铲是应用在露天煤矿中的高效率挖掘设备,其回转装置的动力特性直接影响工作效率。利用SolidWorks软件对回转装置进行三维建模,导入ADAMS动力学分析软件中建立了虚拟样机模型,进而对其进行动力学仿真,得到吊斗铲回转过程中啮合力变化曲线,指出了影响曲线变化的原因,为回转机构各部件的故障诊断、强度校核、优化分析提供了依据。
Dragline is used in surface coal mining equipment in high-efficiency,The dynamic characteristics of the rotary device directly affects the working efficiency.The rotating mechanism model ware established by SolidWorks software and ware imported into ADAMS software for establishing a virtual prototype model,then the dynamic simulation of the model ware done by using ADAMS software. Geting the shovel rotary process of meshing force curve, pointing out that the reasons of influencing curve changing. The simulation results can be applied to the fault diagnosis,strength calculation and optimization analysis on components of rotary mechanism.
