髋臼发育不良继发骨关节炎的CT影像学表现 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨髋臼发育不良继发骨关节炎的CT影像学表现与诊断价值。方法:2012年2月到2014年8月选择在我院进行检查的髋臼发育不良继发骨关节炎患儿50例,都进行了CT影像学检查与后续三维重建计算。结果:髋臼发育不良继发骨关节炎的患侧髂耻间距、髂坐切线角与髂坐内板角明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:髋臼发育不良继发骨关节炎的CT影像学能够有效反应患侧状况与病理形态改变,从而指导诊断与治疗。
