摘要
通过对双头塑料齿轮的工艺分析,设计了一副1模4腔注射模,模具中设有浇注系统、顺序脱模机构和其他结构,消除了塑件两侧形状相近对脱模造成的影响,介绍了模具工作过程。在实际应用中模具工作可靠,生产的塑件符合设计和使用要求。
Based on the process analysis of a plastic double gear, an injection mould with four cavities was designed. It included feeding system, sequential demoulding mechanism and other structures, which has eliminated the demoulding difficulties caused by the similarity of part's two sides. Also the working process of the mould was stated. In the practical application, the mould running stably and the quality of products met customers' requirements.
