摘要
高血压导致的慢性肾脏病以成为引起终末期肾脏病重要原因之一。高血压性肾损害临床过程冗长,早期以夜尿增多等肾小管功能障碍表现为主,继之出现蛋白尿等肾小球损害表现。因此临床尿蛋白既可作为高血压性肾损害的标志物,又可作为治疗的靶目标,尿蛋白的产生与肾小球滤过屏障破坏、系膜损伤和肾小管损伤均密切相关。现将近年来高血压性肾损害尿蛋白中医药治疗机制研究进展进行综述。
Hypertension induced chronic kidney disease have become one of the important reasons causing end-stage renal disease.Hypertensive renal damage have a long clinical process,at the early stage,the main manifestations are nocturia and other kidney tubules dysfunction,afterwards appeared protein in the urine of glomerular damage performance.Therefore,clinical urine protein can be used as markers of hypertensive renal damage,and can be used as a treatment taret.The emergence of urine protein is closely related with glomerular filtration barrier damage,mesangial injury and renal tubular injury.Now in the treatment mechanism of Chinese medicine development of urine protein in renal damage in patients with essential hypertension were reviewed.
