矿用多级离心泵平衡盘和叶轮技术改造

Technical Transformation of Balance Disc and Inspeller in Mine-used Multistage Centrifugal Pump

摘要 白坪矿井下安装MD155-30×9型多级泵供井下生产用水,水泵在使用过程中平衡盘、平衡环及叶轮均磨损严重,电机出现过电流现象,多次维修仍不能解决问题。基于间隙流动理论进行了分析,认为几何参数选取不合理,导致平衡盘出现研磨和泄漏量大,影响泵可靠工作。为了限制过大的轴向脉动,应增加轴向间隙,增大泵体斜台广度,减小叶轮直径,并在轴套内加工凹槽。上述改造在该矿得到了实施。实践表明,此次改造大大降低了水泵运转过程中的磨损程度,降低了事故发生率。 In Baiping Coal Mine,MD155-30 × 9 type multistage pump was installed to supply water,in the running process,the balance disc,the balance ring and the impeller were weared seriously,overcurrents phenomena occurred on motors. Problems can not be solved by several repairs. Relevant analysis were carried out based on gap flow theory,it was proposed that the choose of geometric parameters was not reasonable,and this led to balance disc appeared grinding and large leakage quanlity,the pump could not operate normally. To limit the axial pulse,it is necessary to increase the axial clearance and width of pump body tilt table,decrease the diameter of the impeller,process groove in the shaft sleeve. These transformations were implemented into practice. Practice shows that this reform greatly reduces the wear and tear of the pump,and reduces the accident rate.
