摘要
利用轴向动态反冲洗法处理含聚合物污水,研究考察含聚浓度对滤层阻力损失、油和悬浮物去除效能、反冲洗强度和时间以及滤料再生程度的影响。结果表明,含聚浓度对过滤效能影响较小、对滤层后期阻力和反冲洗过程影响较大,并有利于减少滤层成熟时间。增大反冲洗强度和时间可以减少对反冲洗过程影响。反冲洗强度为10.5L/(s·m2)和反冲洗历时22.0∽25.0 min时滤料反洗效果较好,反冲洗后核桃壳滤料油量为0.21∽1.34 mg(油)/g(干核桃壳)。
The treatment of wastewater containing polymer was studied by axial dynamic backwashing method. The influence of concentration of polymer on media bed resistance loss, oil and suspended solids removal rate, backwashing intensity and time, and media regeneration efficiency, was discussed. The results showed that concentration of polymer has less influence on filtration, more influence on media resistance loss and backwashing, and also helps to reduce bed ripening time. The influence can be eliminated by increasing backwashing intensity and time. Media can be regenerated by 10. 5L/( s.m2) backwashing intensity and 22.0- 25.0 min, walnut shell media has the oil capacity of 0. 21 - 1.34 mg(oil)/g( dry walnut shell) after backwashing.
