摘要
目的：对于新生儿生理性黄疸施行早期抚触护理的临床效果进行观察和研究。方法选取我院于2014年3月～2015年3月收治的新生儿生理性黄疸患儿60例，将其作为研究对象。利用随机分法，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组患者30例。其中，对照组患儿采用常规护理办法，观察组患儿则在常规护理办法的基础上，实施早期抚触护理干预。结果观察组患儿的排便情况优于对照组，且观察组患儿的黄疸消退时间短于对照组，观察组患儿的高胆红素血症发生率和黄疸异常率低于对照组患儿。两组各项数据相比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对新生儿生理黄疸患儿采取早期抚触护理干预，能有效缩短患儿的首次排便时间和黄疸消退的时间，有效降低其高胆红素血症发生率和黄疸异常率，对于患儿的治疗和康复有重要意义。
Objective To study theclinical effect of touching nursing intervention in neonatal jaundice.Methods 60 cases of neonatal physiological jaundice in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the research object. The use of the random method,randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. Among them,in control group were treated with routine nursing measures,patients in the observation group is on the basis of routine nursing measures,the implementation of early touching nursing intervention.ResultsObservation group with defecation was significantly better than the control group and observation group with jaundice subsided time significantly shorter than the control group, observation group with hyperbilirubinemia incidence of jaundice and abnormal rate was significantly lower than that of the patients in the control group. Compared with the data of the two groups,the difference was significant（P〈 0.05）.ConclusionThe newborn physiological jaundice take early touching nursing intervention,can effectively shorten the patient＇s first defecation time and jaundice time,effectively reduce the hyperbilirubinemia occurrence rate and jaundice abnormal rate,for the treatment and rehabilitation of children has important significance.
