摘要
在认真学习《医疗卫生机构开展临床研究项目管理办法》的基础上,结合四川大学临床医学院/华西医院临床研究项目管理的长期实践,从组织、管理等方面进行探讨,并提出该管理办法落实的建设性意见与建议。
The paper explores the organization and management of the scientific research projects, and puts forward some constrctive opinions and suggestions, on the basis of the research oflhe administration provisions and ltae long-term management practice of research projects.
