摘要
目的研究急危重症患者家属的心理需求与护理干预效果。方法选取我院2014年7月至12月急危重症患者家属60例为研究组,2014年1月至6月的急危重症患者家属60例为对照组,实施不同护理干预方式,对照组予常规护理,研究组予综合护理干预,观察并比较两组患者家属心理需求及护理效果。结果两组各项心理需求领域评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而两组护理后心理状态评分均较护理前显著改善,研究组优于对照组,组内、组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);研究组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急危重症患者家属的心理需求主要表现在病情保证领域、接近患者领域等多个方面,应用综合护理干预可有效改善患者家属心理状态,增强护理满意度,具有临床实际应用价值。
Objective To study the psychological needs of the family members of patients with emergency diseases and effect of nursing intervention. Methods Totally 60 family members of patients with emergency diseases in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the study group, whereas 60 family members of those from January 2014 to June 2014 were set as the control group. Different nursing interventions were given to the two groups, with the control group given conventional nursing, the study group given comprehensive nursing intervention. The psychological needs of family members of patients and the effect of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of each field of psychological needs in the two groups showed no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The scores of mental state of the two groups after nursing were significantly improved than before nursing, and the improvement in the study group was more obvious than the control group after nursing, which registered statistically significant difference both within and between groups （P 〈0.05, P〈 0.01 ）. Further- more, the satisfaction of family members to the nursing intervention in the study group was sig- nificantly higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological needs of family members of emergency patients mainly focus on the ensuring for the patients conditions and permission to approaching to see the patients. Compre- hensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of family members of emergency patients and enhance family members＇ satisfaction to the nursing, thus it is with practical value of clinical application.
