摘要 为适应新疆社会经济发展的新形势,贯彻和落实自治区相关文件精神和要求,近几年新疆高等院校普遍提出了"民汉一体化教学"理念,并将其作为高校教学制度改革的一个主要目标。本文以推进新疆高等教育全面发展为出发点,通过对"民汉双轨制"教育模式的探讨,检验民族政策在教育领域中的实践结果,同时通过对相关文献的梳理和对某高校的实证研究,对"民汉一体化教学"开展了前瞻性的调查和探讨,对于进一步丰富和完善民族政策中的相关教育政策,具有重要的现实价值和理论意义。 In order to adapt to the new situation of social and economic development in Xinjiang, implement the spirit and requirements of autonomous region's related documents, colleges and universities in Xinjiang in recent years commonly proposed the concept of "Integrated Teaching of Ethnic Minorities and Han" which is regarded as a major goal of the reform of college teaching system. In this paper, to promote overall development of the higher education in Xinjiang and based on the discussion of "Ethnic Minorities and Han Double-track System" educa- tional model, the author examined the practice of ethnic policies in educational area, at the same time, she con- ducted a prospective investigation and discussion of the "Integrated Teaching of Ethnic Minorities and Han" by reviewing the related literature and empirical study of a university to further enrich and perfect the relevant ethnic educational policies.
