摘要
目的观察单纯性肥胖儿童性激素水平及性腺发育情况,为单纯性肥胖儿童的早期干预提供理论依据。方法空腹采静脉血测定血中性激素水平,超声检测性腺发育情况,比较肥胖组与正常对照组儿童研究指标间差异。结果男、女童肥胖检出率分别为18.82%、10.99%,男生肥胖的发生率明显高于女生(P<0.05);男、女童肥胖组促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)及垂体催乳素(PRL)异常检出率分别与对照组相比,差异均未见统计学意义。对血中4种性激素水平进行比较,仅女性肥胖组FSH水平低于对照组,其他激素水平差异均未有统计学意义。超声检查发现,肥胖组女童子宫及右侧卵巢体积明显大于对照组,未发现肥胖组男童与对照组男童性腺发育情况存在差异。结论我国男童肥胖检出率明显高于女童,虽未发现肥胖影响男童的性激素水平及性腺发育,但肥胖女童性激素水平出现紊乱,肥胖对儿童生长发育存在一定影响,需尽早采取干预措施。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of simple obesity on the sex hormone levels and gonadal development of children, and provide the theoretical basis for early intervention of children with simple obesity. METHODS Levels of serum sex hormone was measured by fasting blood, gonadal development was measured by ultrasonic detection and the index difference between obesity and normal children were compared. RESULTS Boys and girls obesity rates were 18.82% and 10.99%, the former obesity rate was significantly higher than that of the latter(P〈0.05), and the abnormal rate of LH, EL, FSH and PRL in obesity and control group from boys and girls all showed no significant differences. Four kinds of sex hormone level in obesity and control group were compared and all the differences were not statistically significant, only with FSH level of female obesity group higher than the control group. Differences of gonadal development were found between the obesity and control group of girls, but the differences were not statistically significant in boys. CONCLUSION The detection rate of boys was significantly higher than girls. Although it did not find the effect of obesity on boy sex hormone levels and gonadal development, but the disorder of sex hormone levels in obesity girls was observed. Obesity had an certain effect on children growth and development, and early intervention should be taken for childhood obesity.
