摘要
目的评价自拟益气养肾消解方联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的EDN患者随机分为两组,对照组采用缬沙坦进行治疗,观察组联合应用自拟益气养肾消解方进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床指标。结果观察组临床有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组临床指标改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟益气养肾消解方联合缬沙坦可以有效改善血糖指标,调节肾脏功能,取得比较满意的临床疗效。
Objective To evaluate the Yiqi Yangshen Digestion Solution and valsartan treatment of diabetic nephropathy （DN） clinical results. Methods EDN our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the use of valsartan treatment, combined with the observation group since Yiqi Yang Shen Fang digestion treatment, comparative clinical efficacy, clinical indicators. Results The clinical effective of observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, clinical improvement indicators observed after treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Yangshen Digestion Solution and valsartan can effectively improve blood sugar, regulate renal function, achieve more satisfactory clinical outcome.
