摘要
采用超声波辅助双水相提取技术对黄饭花中藏红花苷进行提取,利用正交实验法优化提取工艺,并对其含量进行测定。实验结果表明,超声波辅助双水相提取技术提取黄饭花中藏红花苷的最佳工艺为乙醇浓度60%、超声波时间50 min、超声波功率300 W和硫酸铵的浓度25%,藏红花苷平均含量为65.01 ug/m L,平均提取率为16.26%。
Officinalis Ultrasonic assisted Maxim and orthogo aqueous two-phase technology is used in the crocin extraction of Buddleia nal experiment method is applied to optimize the extraction process, and then its content is determined. The results of experiment show that the optimum processing condition of suhrasonic assisted aqueous two-phase technology to extract the crocin in Buddleia officinalis Maxim are that ethanol concentration is 60% ; the ultrasonic time is 50 minutes; ultrasonic power is 300 W; the ammonium sulfate concentration is 25%. Under this condition, the average crocin content is 65.01 ug/mL and the average extraction yield is 16.26%.
