摘要
以2,4-二羰基化合物、芳香醛、硫脲为原料,在无溶剂得条件下Mg(NO3)2催化,固相合成了2种3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-硫酮衍生物,通过红外光谱、核磁氢谱和元素分析对所合成的物质的结构进行了表征。并对催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等实验条件进行考察。实验结果表明,在催化剂用量为芳香醛用量的10%,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为6 h的条件下,产物的产率最高。
Two kinds of 3,4 - dihydropyrimidin - 2 ( 1 H ) - thione derivative were synthesized by 2,4 - dicarbonyl compound, aromatic aldehyde and thiourea under Solvent-free Condition Mg( NO3 )2 Catalyzed. Target products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis. The experimental results showed that 0. 1 mol catalyst per mol aromatic aldehydes, reaction of 6 h and reaction temoerature of 90 ℃ were the best conditions.
