全胃切除术后二种消化道重建术临床效果比较
摘要
以手术为中心的综合治疗是胃癌治疗的基本原则,全胃切除在胃癌治疗中尤为重要。作者1999年8月至2004年12月对58例胃癌行全胃切除术,分别采用Roux—en—Y吻合消化道重建和改良空肠P袢代胃消化道重建两种术式。现就两种重建术式作一比较。
