摘要
目的为了解食用碘盐含量标准下调后孕妇碘营养状况。方法采集孕妇随机一次性尿样,采用砷铈催化分光光度法(WS/T107-2006)测定尿碘含量,以WHO/UNICEF/ICCIDD推荐的评价标准作为依据,评价孕妇人群碘营养状况。结果经检测600名孕妇尿碘中位数为219.5μg/L,10个县(市、区)孕妇尿碘中位数在182.1μg/L-298.9μg/L之间,经Kruskal-Wallis检验分析,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义;早、中、晚期孕妇尿碘中位数分别为284.3μg/L、246.1μg/L和216.0μg/L,经分析,不同孕期的孕妇尿碘水平无显著性差异。结论本市孕妇总体上不存在碘缺乏,但从个体来看,依然存在碘缺乏或碘营养过剩的风险,碘营养状况不是很理想,建议有关部门能够建立孕妇个人定期的尿碘监测机制,调整碘摄入量,以达到优生优育、提高人口素质的目的。
Objective To investigate the nutritional status of iodine for pregnant women after down-regulation of content standards for edible iodized salt.Methods:The random and disposable urine samples of pregnant women were gathered;Urinary iodine contents in urine samples were analyzed by arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry using ammonium persulfate digestion according to WS / T107-2006.The nutritional status of iodine for pregnant women was assessed according as the recommended assessment criterion by WHO / UNICEF / ICCIDD.Results:The Median of urine iodine was 219.5 μg / L for the 600 pregnant women. The median of urinary iodine content in 11 counties varied from182.1 μg / L to 298.9 μg / L which exhibited a significant difference withP〈0.05 by Kruskal-Wallis analysis. The Median Urinary iodine level in early gestation,mid-gestation and late-gestation was 284.3μg / L、246.1μg / L and216.0 μg / L respectively. There was no significant statistical difference for the status of urinary iodine among pregnant women in different gestation periods on analysis.Conclusions:On the whole,there is no iodine deficiency for pregnant women in Weinan city.But from the point of individual,there is still a risk for iodine deficiency or excess iodine nutrition.The iodine nutrition condition was not very ideal;it is recommended that regular urinary Iodine Monitoring mechanism for pregnant women should be established by relevant departments. And the iodine intake should be adjusted to achieve the goal of healthy pregnancy and scientific nurture,improvement of population quality.
