慢性肾脏病胰岛素抵抗发生的分子机制及干预研究 被引量:9

摘要 慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)的防治是近年来世界范围内重要的公共卫生问题,各国对其投入逐渐增加[1]。CKD患者肾功能多随时间缓慢恶化,最终将发展至终末期肾脏病(end stage of renal disease,ESRD)。上世纪八十年代,DeFronzo等[2]的研究首次发现维持性血液透析患者存在胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)现象。
