右美托咪定在脑动脉瘤夹闭手术中的应用观察被引量：1

摘要目的分析右美托咪定在脑动脉瘤夹闭手术中的应用效果。方法将50例脑动脉瘤夹闭手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例,观察组麻醉期间使用右美托咪定,对照组使用生理盐水,对比两组患者血流动力学及具体情况。结果观察组各时间点平均动脉压(MAP)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组麻醉后MAP较观察组高,观察组心率(HR)较对照组低,呛咳反射评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者未出现严重不良反应,仅个别患者出现心动过缓、心动过速。结论在脑动脉瘤夹闭手术中采用右美托咪定,可维持患者血流动力学的稳定性,减少呛咳反射,应用效果显著。
