摘要
目的:观察足三里穴不同方法干预对运动性疲劳大鼠5-HT的影响。方法:采用针刺预处理,针刺同时进行造模,将50只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、普针组、电针组、温针灸组,每组各10只。在第4周末观察大鼠力竭时间,下丘脑5-HT、5-HIAA/5-HT的变化。结果:各治疗组均可延长力竭时间,降低5-HT水平,提高5-HT转换率,温针灸组与电针组、普针组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸组在延长大鼠力竭时间、降低5-HT生成、增强5-HT转换率方面优于电针组、普针组。
Objective:To observe the effect of hypothalamus 5 -HT system on rats with exercise fatigue trea-ted by different acupuncture methods at Zusanli point.Methods:Adopt the method of“preventive acupuncture”. Create the rat models with exercise fatigue by 4 -week incremental swimming exercise,and randomly divide the rats into 5 groups:a blank group,a model group,a nomal -acupuncture group,an electric-acupuncture group and a needle warming moxibustion group.Every group had 10 rats.Detect the changes of time exhaustive swimming, the changes of 5-HT and 5-HIAA/5-HT in Hypothalamus.Results:All of the treatment groups could prolong time exhaustive swimming,decrease 5-HT level, increase 5-HT conversion rate.The effect of needle warming moxibustion group compared with nomal-acupuncture group and electric-acupuncture group had a significant difference(P〈0.05) .Conclusion:Needle warming moxibustion group can effectively prolong time exhaustive swimming,decrease 5-HT level and increase 5-HT conversion rate.Among these groups,nee-dle warming moxibustion group is the best.
