摘要
城市轨道交通指挥中心是城市轨道交通进入线网运营阶段时协调多线、多运营主体的中枢机构,具有信息资源共享、应急指挥、综合监控以及辅助决策等功能。对其整体组网架构的规划总共提出了3种实施方案:一是按区域中心接入的集中式组网架构,集成度高,接口标准要求严格;二是按线路接入的集中式组网架构,集成度较高,需要提供较多的上层传输网接口;三是区域分布式组网架构,集成度较低,有利于不同时期的线路接入,但是成本过高,协调能力不足。最后,运用层次分析法建立合理的评价指标体系,对3种方案进行评价,得出方案一为最优的实施方案。
Urban rail transit control center (TCC) is a central organization that coordinates different lines and different operators when urban rail transit steps into the period of network operation. Its function consists of sharing information, commanding in emergency offering comprehensive monitoring and assisting in making decisions. Three schemes about TCC networking framework are proposed. The first one is a centralized networking framework to switch-in from a regional center, which is highly integrated with strict interface standards. The second one is a centralized networking framework to switch-in from lines. More upper layer transmission network interfaces are needed in the second one with lower integration. The third one is a regional distributed networking framework which is lowly integrated but favorable to line access in different periods. However, the cost of the third one is too expensive and the coordination ability is too low. Finally, analytic hierarchy process is used to establish a reasonable index system to evaluate the three schemes to obtain the optimal one.
