摘要
欠发达地区的农业经济受到自然环境差、经济基础弱和资金投入不足等因素的制约,较难实现机械化耕作、产业化经营等,导致农业经济效益不高、现代化发展受阻。本文以柳州为例,分析西部欠发达地区农业经济的现状及困难,并就如何用国家政策性信贷资金支持现代化农业发展提出路径探索。
