摘要
针对AGV车用电池组自主充电问题,研究了一种基于英飞凌XMC4200的数字控制DC/DC变换器系统,在对移相全桥DC/DC变换器主电路拓扑分析基础上,结合该控制芯片的特点,设计了相应的控制系统。该系统具有体积小、电源效率高的特点。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性及数字控制的可行性,满足了AGV对车用动力锂离子电池组频繁低压大电流的充电要求。
A digital control system of phase-shifted full bridge DC/DC converter based on Infineon XMC4200, autonomous charging for AGV is studied in this thesis. The control system is designed according to the analysis of the main circuit topology of phaseshifted full bridge DC/DC converter and the characteristics of XMC4200. Small volume and high power efficiency are features of this system. Experimental results verify the validity of the theoretical analysis and feasibility of the digital control system.This converter could meet the requirements of the lithium-ion batteries in AGV applications which usually need charge with low voltage and high current frequently.
