摘要
随着电动汽车大规模发展,电动汽车充电负荷将会对配电网的安全与经济运行产生不容忽视的影响。以居民区配电网为研究对象,基于现有居民区负荷的计算方法,考虑单个居民区住户数量分布,结合不同类型居民区用电特性,负荷增长特性,电动汽车驾驶以及充电行为差异,建立了居民区电动汽车数量分布及单个居民区内电动汽车充电功率需求的数学统计模型,提出了居民区接纳电动汽车充电能力的评估方法。算例评估结果表明,随着电动汽车渗透率的增加,居民区配电变压器接纳电动汽车充电能力存在明显差异。所提方法可有效评估各类居民区配电网接纳电动汽车充电的能力,评估结果具有实际指导意义。
With continuous development of Electric Vehicles(EV), gradually growing EV charging load will produce significant impact on safe and economic operation of distribution networks. Based on calculation principle of residential power load, statistical models were formulated in this paper for distribution of EVs in residential communities and for EV charging load demand in a single residential area, considering the probabilistic distribution of household number, diversities of characteristics of electrical usage, increment of residential load and traffic, and charging behaviors of EVs. Then a method was proposed especially for evaluating maximum penetration level of EV charging load in residential distribution network. In case study, evaluation results present obvious differences in EV accommodation capability among existing residential distribution networks with increasing penetration of EVs. The results also illustrate that this method could provide an effective evaluation of accommodation capability of EV charging load in residential distribution network. The mathematical method proposed in this paper has enough applicable generality to different situations and the evaluation results have instructive significance due to their practice.
