摘要
校企"双主体"育人是高职院校推进校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式改革的重大举措,学校和企业合作招生,学生入学后,学校和企业共同制定人才培养方案,共同完成对人才的培养,学生毕业后可以到企业工作,真正实现招愿意到企业工作的人,招企业愿意培养的人。通过校企双方共同参与企业调研、典型工作任务分析、课程体系设计、制定人才培养方案、教学过程实施、考核评价等,真正实现了五个对接。
The ＂double subject＂ education is a major measure of talent cultivation mode to promote the school-enterprise cooperation and the combination of learning with working in higher vocational colleges. School and enterprise recruit students, formulate the talent cultivating program and implement the cultivation of the enrolled students jointly. After graduation, the students can choose to work in the enterprise to realize the close cooperation between school and enterprise. By means of participating in the survey, analysis, the typical tasks of curriculum system design, developing the talent training scheme, implementing teaching process and evaluation, school and enterprise make the ＂five connections＂ come true.
