摘要
采用X射线衍射分峰拟合法测定了聚乙烯树脂的结晶度,考察了制样方法、测试条件以及计算方法等因素对测试结果的影响。通过精密度试验考察了方法的精密度。结果表明,95%置信水平,在重复性试验条件下,结晶度范围为40%-60%之间,两次测定结果绝对差不大于2.5%;在再现性试验条件下,两次测定结果绝对差不大于4.5%,方法具有较好的重复性和再现性,可以满足石油化工企业对结晶度测试的要求。
The Crystallinity of polyethylene was determined by X-ray fitting peak method, and the effects of sample preparation, Scanning condition and calculate method were examined. Precision of the method was studied and found that the deviation within laboratory is less than 2.5%, the deviation between laboratory is less than 4.5%.The method has good repeatability and reproducibility, it provideed a test basis for petrochemical plant to de-termine the crystallinity of polyethylene.
