摘要 通过在丙烯酸酯乳液聚合过程中添加纳米Si O2对乳液进行改性,制备出有机-无机复合乳液。探讨了乳化剂配比、引发剂量、聚合工艺等对乳液性能的影响,并对制备出的乳液进行性能测试。结果表明,改性后的丙烯酸酯乳液的硬度由HB提高到2H、吸水率由11.11%降低为4.48%。采用核壳乳液聚合工艺制得的乳液成膜性能更加优良,但硬度有所降低。 An organic-inorganic composite emulsion is modified by adding nano-SiO2 in acrylic emulsion polymerization process of emulsion. The influence of emulsifier ratio, initiator dosage, polymerization technology on the properties of emulsion is discussed, and the emulsion prepared for performance is tested. The results show that the hardness of the modified acrylic latex is increased from HB to 2H, while the water absorption rate is decreased from 11.11% to 4. 48%. The polymerization process of emulsion film has better properties by core shell emulsion, but the hardness is decreased.
