摘要
利用Nd:YAG脉冲调Q激光器在空气环境下诱导击穿Al金属样品,获得不同激光能量下Al等离子体的发射光谱。对激光入射波长进行选择,分析谱线强度和脉冲宽度与能量大小之间的变化关系。结果表明:532nm激光比1064nm激光对Al金属激发效果更好,激发出的300nm和396nm两条Al等离子体光谱信号强度均与入射激光能量成线性关系。
In air environment,Nd:YAG pulse Q-switched laser was induced to breakdown Al metal sample, and Al plasma emission spectrum by different laser energy was obtained. The suitable laser wavelength was determined, the change relationship between spectral line intensity and laser pulse width and energy was analyzed. The results show that the 532nm laser is better than 1064nm laser on Al metal excitation effect. The strength of two Al plasma spectrum signals of 300nm and 396nm are linear relationship with the incident laser energy.
