摘要
以胰脂肪酶抑制活性筛选为指导,发现红茶提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部分为活性最强的活性部位,再利用色谱方法,对乙酸乙酯部位进行进一步的分段,得到了活性较为集中的小部位以及主要活性成分咖啡因。通过对不同部位化学组成的分析比较,发现红茶中多酚和咖啡因是其抑制胰脂肪酶活性的主要成分;乙酸乙酯活性部位及其主要组分咖啡因、EGCG、茶黄素对胰脂肪酶的抑制作用均为非竞争性抑制。
Guided by the pancreatic lipase inhibitor activity screening, it was found that the ethyl acetate fraction showed the most potent activity. With different chromatography methods, the active ethyl acetate fraction was separated into active compound caffeine and several active subfractions according to the pancreatic lipase inhibitory screening results. Caffeine and polyphenol were the main active compound in the black tea. The mechanism of the inhibition research on the the active ethyl acetate fraction and the typical components of black tea, caffeine, EGCG and theaflavin indicated that the inhibition reaction was uncompetitive.
