摘要
成果转化是科技与经济紧密结合的关键环节。本文从科技管理体制促进成果转化的视角,对20个城市的科技成果转化政策进行分析,提出解决成果转化难题的措施,对科技管理部门加强顶层设计,强化科技管理,建立推动创新要素向企业流动和聚集的新机制,具有重要意义。
Achievement conversion is the major sector tightly couplingthe science ＆technology and econo- my. This article standing on the visual angle of accelerating the achievement conversion by science ＆technology management system, analyzed20 different cities＇ scientific ＆technologicalachievement conversion policies, pro- posedthe measuresof solving the achievement conversion conundrum, which is significant for enhancing the top design of the science ＆technology management department, improving the science ＆technology management, establishing and promoting a new mechanism of innovation elements moving and gathering into the enterprises.
