摘要
组织创新包括技术创新和管理创新,是企业实现转型变革的关键所在,基于个体创意而产生再逐步被群体及管理者所确认的自下而上的组织创新尤为重要,但现有研究对此缺乏系统性思考。本文以目标导向理论、社会交换理论和管理者态度理论为基础,以"选择性"为主线,构建了一个自下而上推动组织创新的过程模型。模型描述了推动组织创新的三个阶段,揭示了分属个体、群体和组织三个层面的创意、创造和创新的内在联系和作用机制。研究内容不仅丰富了现有创新理论,同时也为企业创新实践带来了启示。
Organizational innovation, which includes technical innovation and manage- ment innovation, plays an important role in promoting enterprises' transformative change. However, the important bottom-up organizational innovation, which stems from individuals' creativity and then is constantly confirmed by group/team and organization/managers, has been neglected by present researches. Based on the goal orientation theory, the social ex- change theory and the attitude-based theory, this paper focuses on selectivity and builds a bottom-up model which explores the process of organizational innovation.
