摘要
目的分析采用米索前列醇治疗产后出血的疗效以及相关价值。方法随机选取我院妇科2012年4月～2015年3月收治的产后出血患者100例作为研究对象，随机将其分成对照组与观察组。对照组在胎儿娩出后肌肉注射缩宫素，而观察组在对照组的基础上给予米索前列醇。结果经过临床治疗后，对两组患者的产后出血量、产后出血发生率以及不良反应发生率等临床指标进行分析比较，其中观察组的各项临床指标显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用米索前列醇治疗产后出血，具有较好的疗效，可以有效的降低产后出血发生率以及出血量，值得在-『占床中广泛的推广应用。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and the related value. Methods Were randomly selected in our hospital in 2012 April to 2015 March admitted to treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in 100 cases of patients as the research object, the random method will be divided into the control group and the observation group and control group in the delivery of the fetus after intramuscular injection of oxytocin, and the observation group in the control group based and misoprostol. Results Patients in the two groups after treatment, of two groups of patients with postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum hemorrhage rate and adverse reactions occur rate and other clinical indexes were compared and ~nalyzed, which in the observation group, the clinical indexes significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Using misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and has good curative effect, can effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage rate and the amount of bleeding is worthy to be popularized and applied widely in clinical.
