酸枣仁合欢方提取物中酸枣仁皂苷A和B含量的HPLC-ELSD法同时测定 被引量:1

Simultaneous determination of jujuboside A,jujuboside B in Suanzaoren-hehuan formula extracts by HPLC-ELSD

摘要 目的建立HPLC-ELSD法同时测定酸枣仁合欢方(SHF)提取物中酸枣仁皂苷A和B含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:ODS HYPERSIL C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈∶水(32∶68),体积流速:1.0 ml·min^-1,柱温:35℃,蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度:102℃,载气流速:2.8 L·min^-1。结果酸枣仁皂苷A和酸枣仁皂苷B分别在0.60-3.30μg(r=0.9997)、0.90-4.50μg(r=0.9993)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.1%(RSD=1.48%)、100.3%(RSD=1.15%)。结论该法操作简便,结果准确,专属性强,能够用于酸枣仁合欢方提取物及其制剂的质量控制。 Objective To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for simultaneous determination of jujuboside A and jujuboside B in Suanzaoren-hehuan formula( SHF) extracts. Methods ODS HYPERSIL C18column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5μm) was adopted,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water( 32 ∶ 68),the flow rate was 1ml · min^-1,column temperature: 35℃,the evaporator tube temperature of ELSD was set at 102℃,the nebulizing gas flow-rate was 2. 8 L·min^-1. Results The linear ranges of jujuboside A and jujuboside B were 0. 60 - 3. 30μg( r = 0. 9997),0. 90 ~ 4. 50μg( r = 0. 9993),respectively. The average recoveries were100. 1%( RSD = 1. 48%),100. 3%( RSD = 1. 15%),respectively. Conclusion The method was simple and accurate,and could be used as a method for the quality control of Suanzaoren-hehuan formula extracts.
