摘要
采用多木桶模型构建工程管理质量、进度、成本、安全、环保、风险六大目标体系,以提高工程的综合质量水平并实现集成化最优管理;并以西铜高速公路为例,进行工程管理目标体系应用研究。结果表明:由质量、进度、成本、安全、环保、风险六大管理目标构成的目标体系是科学、全面管理工程项目的重要保证。
Using Multi-barrel model,builds the six objective system of the project management to improve the overall quality level of engineering and achieve optimal management. Taking Xi-Tong highway as the research object,makes a appication research of project management objective system. The results show that the project management objective system with quality,schedule,cost,safety,environmental protection and risk can manage projects scientifically and comprehensively.
