基于SVAC视频标准的3G智能手机监控平台设计 被引量:1

摘要 传统移动视频监控系统采用MPEG-4、H.264等通用视频压缩标准,很难满足安防监控的特殊需求。针对这种情况,设计一种基于SVAC安防视频标准的3G智能手机视频监控平台。手机监控客户端通过JNI机制调用自主开发的SVACDecoder解码库函数实现SVAC视频解码;客户端多画面播放以实现多路监控,多线程编码以提高软件运行速度;视频数据使用RTP/RTCP传输机制确保视频的实时性和质量。搭建的原型试验系统表明能实现流畅稳定的实时监控,并满足感兴趣区域编码、分层编码、分照度编码等安防需求。 Traditional mobile video surveillance systems adopt general video compression standard such as MPEG-4, H. 264, etc. , it is hard to meet the specific securlty-monitoring demand. In view of this, we design a video surveillance platform upon 3 G smartphone, which is based on SVAC security video standard. The client of smartphone surveillance calls self-developed SVACDecoder library function to realise SVAC video decoding through JNI mechanism. It also uses multi-image display to realise muhi-channel video surveillance, as well as uses muhithread coding to increase the running speed of software. RTP/RTCP transport protocol is used for the transmission of video data to ensure real-time performance and quality of video. It is demonstrated by the prototype test system constructed that it can achieve fluent and stable real-time surveillance ,, and meets the security-monitoring demands such as ROI (region of interest) coding, layered coding, optimised coding under variable light environment and so on.
