摘要
针对水下垂直发射航行体的弹道和载荷特性,通常需要开展大量缩比模型的弹射试验来进行辨识。开展水下发射航行体跨介质运动过程的数值仿真及试验验证研究,考虑航行体的弹性特性、与筒内减振装置的碰撞特性、航行体入水和出水冲击特性等,获得了俯仰角度和弯矩载荷随时间变化规律,仿真结果与试验结果吻合地较好。
Sub-launching test of reduced-scale flexible body model was necessary for identifying the characteristics of underwater vehicle's trajectory and load. Simulation and test study on the whole vertical sub-launching process was carried out. The model of the vehicle was flexible. In the process of moving from the launching tube, the effect of multiple constraints by vibration-damping pad and trans-media shock from hydrodynamic load were simulated. In the process of moving from the surface of water, the effect of trans-media unloading on the vehicle was considered. The variation trends of pitch angle and bending moment were figured out, and the simulating curve and the test curve achieve a good agreement.
