摘要
本文研究了转子凸形槽槽型尺寸对异步起动永磁同步电机起动品质因数的影响。通过分析凸形槽集肤效应计算公式,总结了凸形槽的设计规律,并提出了一种能够获得高起动品质因数的新形式凸形槽。设计了一台具有较高起动品质因数的45k W-6极异步起动永磁同步电动机,起动品质因数达到0.535。
The influences of rotor convex slot types magnet synchronous motor was studied. By analyzing to the starting quality factor of line-start permanent the convex slot skin effect formula, design rules of convex slot were summarized preliminarily and a new type of convex was proved which has a high starting quality factor. Based on the above work, a 45 kW - 6 poles line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor with a high starting quality factor was designed, and whose starting quality factor could achieved 0. 535.
