摘要 蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)是脑血管破裂,血液流至蛛网膜下腔出现的一组症状,是一种高发病率、高病死率的脑血管疾病。脑血管痉挛(CVS)是SAH一个潜在的致命性并发症。新近研究表明,Toll样受体9(TLR9)作为TLRs家族的重要成员,通过与特异性的配体相结合,激活先天免疫系统,参与CVS和脑缺血引发的炎症反应。该文就TLR9介导的炎症反应与SAH后CVS关系的研究进展作一综述,以期为临床治疗措施提供有意义的理论依据。 Subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) is serious vascular disease with high mortality and morbidity, the clinical manifestations of which are cerebral vascular rupture, blood flowing to the subarachnoid. Cerebral vasospasm(CVS) is a potentially fatal complication of SAH. Recent studies showed that Toll-like receptor 9 (TLRg) is an important member of TLRs family, which combines with specific ligands and activates the innate immune system,thusqnvolved in the inflammation caused by CVS and cerebral ischemia. Here is to make a review of the research progress of TLR9 mediated inflammation in CVS after SAH,in order to provide a theoretical guidance for the clinical intervention measures.
